Dr. Bush is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with over 30 years of clinical experience. He completed his orthopedic training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry – University Hospital in Newark, NJ, and has been an independent private practitioner in central North Carolina for nearly two decades.

In recent years, Dr. Bush has shifted his focus from surgical fracture fixation to proactive fracture prevention. A member of the International Society of Clinical Densitometry and trained in DXA interpretation, he recognized the transformative potential of REMS (Radiofrequency Echographic Multi Spectrometry) technology. As one of the earliest adopters of REMS in the United States, Dr. Bush has become the most experienced clinical REMS provider in the country. His practice is now the largest clinical REMS-based bone health practice in the United States.

Dr. Bush champions a preventive, lifestyle-based approach to bone health. He emphasizes a balanced diet, regular muscle-strengthening exercise, and healthy lifestyle habits, combined with routine bone screening. His prescription for strong bones and reduced fracture risk centers on utilizing advanced REMS technology alongside proactive wellness strategies.
